Hey can’t wait to se yall at my home church. Take care of Eddie he looks tired, HA HA. Love you guys keep spreading gods word.
Thanks for the post. We look forward to seeing you at your home church as well. Brooke is the one always sleeping…..so maybe her and Eddie are gonna have to trade places in the car so Eddie won’t look so tired, he he!!! We love being a light for the Lord and know we wouldn’t be doing this if he hadn’t given us a song in our hearts and the ability to play and sing for a living. Have a great week! See ya soon….
Hello from Oregon! I just enjoyed listening to Track by Track! Thank you so much for including “Something Out of Nothing” on your project. I wrote that song in 1996 with John Morreau who is Brittany Bailey’s grandfather. I also wrote the lyrics for “Too Blue to Get Around” which is also on Brittany’s CD. If you are looking for songs to record on a new project, I have others I would love to share with you. Some of my songs are published with Gary Ferguson. If you are interested, you can get in touch with me by e-mail: louanne@smt-net.com ; phone: 503-394-2225 ; address: 43216 Rodgers Mt. Loop, Scio, Oregon 97374 Thank you for sharing your wonderful voices and spirit with the world! Sincerely, Louanne Welcome Fugal
Louanne,
We are so glad that you were able to tune into bluegrass junction for our Track by Track with Kyle Cantrell. Even more excited to know that you were able to hear Something Out of Nothin….hope you liked the arrangement we added to it. Brittany Bailey is a great singer and songwriter as well and I (Brooke) have had the privilege to see her around some of the Nashville Bluegrass Festivals several times. I love the whole CD that she put out sometime ago and funny that you mentioned you wrote “Too Blue to Get Around” that’s another personal favorite of mine off of her album as well. Anyway, we appreciate a great and talented song writer….that is a lost talent these days, but you definitely have it. We would love to contact you sometime and be able to hear some more of your songs for other projects in the future. Darin and I are glad that you appreciate our music and spirit that we love to share with everyone. Keep in touch and check out the site often. Thanks for your post and it was nice to meet you through internet! Have a blessed day!!!
Heard the interview this morning. Love your style and song selections for this CD. My favorite song is “The Last Thing On His Mind”. I too am a singer. I have been searching for a new song for this Easter season. This song is perfect and I hope to be able to learn it soon.
Both of you are truly blessed to have a God Given Talent. I wish you all the happiness in your new marriage as you continue to witness for the Lord thru music. I also wish you success with the new CD. I hope to hear it on the radio often. Perhaps I will be able to catch you in concert soon.

Suzy,
Thank you for taking time to visit our site and the nice compliments that you wrote. I have to agree that “Last Thing on His Mind” would fit into your Easter program perfectly. The song is so vivid and creates the perfect picture of Jesus’ last days and minutes here on earth. I think it says alot about people’s personal realtionship with the Lord as well and makes you think of all he did so freely for us. Please let us know how it goes if you do in fact learn it for your Easter program, and the response you get from your church family. Your comments are very sweet and we appreciate your support for our music and love for the Lord. Hope to play up towards Danville, VA in the near future. Feel free to post anytime and check the website often to see if we may in fact play close to your hometown sometime soon! Have a blessed week!!!
Loved every minute of it, you guys were GREAT !!!!!
Thank you…..glad you were able to catch Track by Track. We appreciate your support and comments!
Hi folks
I enjoy you music and have played that song “Last thing on His mind” on the air.
I’d love to get more of your music. I only have that one song because I got it from the Cross Roods DJ service.
Contact me if you’d like me to have your other songs to play. Check out my site so that you know I’m for real.
Give the programme a listen. It’s on my site and about 10 stations as well.
Blessings
Ray
I’ve really enjoyed listening to you on the Track-by-track on Bluegrass Junction.
Thanks for tuning into Track by Track. Call in and request us often on Bluegrass Junction if you like what we do. We appreciate you taking the time to post and visiting the website. Visit often and post as much as you would like! Thanks again for the support and nice comment!
Yall sounded great and you made us all very, very proud!
Darin & Brooke,
I heard you on Track by Track on SiriusXM last night. Brooke what grade do you teach? My wife taught preschool, Special Ed Preschool, Sunday School, & currently teaches the only non-adult SS at church. There are only about 16 people that come regularly, so there’s only one non-adult class.
Darin, I heard you mention a Tim Crouch on the program last night. When I first went on Nuclear Subs in 1970, I served with a guy named Pete Crouch, who had a brother named Tim.
Could you please ask Tim if he has a brother named Pete, & if so, could you ask Pete to give him my Email address & ask him to contact me? I’d like to talk to him again. We were pretty good friends, & he worked just down the passageway from me.
Thanks, & keep up the great music.
Loved the Track by Track on Sirius! Heard parts of it twice as I was out drving around between tutoring students. Glad you guys have roots in Avery Co., NC! God’s country as you know! Keep up the wonderful music.
It was a wonderful program, guys. I am glad the world can now know the pride and joy of the Carolinas, but just remember; the old folks at home are always gonna love you the most of all!
